I love the angelic crown of tiny feathers that formed on the bird in the 3rd pic. Seems like an angel of protection.
I was thinking about all you have learned in doing this project, usually we just see them come and go.

What a treat to find your journal! We have little ones in nests all around us but we can't see them this way. I enjoyed your wonderful paintings as well!
