(99) Wispy
I used two light sources to accentuate the subtle layering in this dress. It is constructed from layers of gauze that allow it to drape in a light, floating "Great Gatsby-movie" sort of way. (Where's Robert Redford when you need him?)

This 8x16 format really works well with these dresses. You did a nice job on this one with the color changes and layering. I'm not an expert on dresses, but it looks good to me Faye.

Thanks Frank. I am having fun studying textures and weights of fabric. The fact that they present themselves in the form of clothing just makes the composition possibilities more fun.
I wish I could escape from the cold, and paint sunny Mexican landscapes in your upcoming workshop--maybe next time!
